Collision Alert System

Detect converging vehicles 5–10 seconds ahead and confirm the radio call.

A live digital twin projects every vehicle’s path on the haul roads, flags pairs projected within 50 m, grades severity, raises map and voice alerts, and checks radio recordings for the required call. Runs fully on site.

Selected vehicle

Select a vehicle on the map or fleet list to inspect. Voice alerts appear here when one is raised.

Radio check

Listening for the required call once a Critical alert is raised.

Flags pairs projected within 50 m. Collision detection is exact geometry. AI only ranks and voices; it never decides alerts.

Runs on site. Uses existing position data; no new hardware on vehicles. This replay is a scripted simulation on fictional data and does not monitor real vehicles.
